Scheduling & Cancellation Policy Agreement

  • SCHEDULING AGREEMENT: 

    Online- Access to the Client Portal can be found on the Pupsicles homepage (http://www.pupsiclesdogcare.com/book-now/). Using the email address you provided please create a password. Once logged in you can: request/cancel care, view your confirmed pet schedule, update pet notes & payment information, and much much more!

     Day Of- Service Cancellation/Add On please text Pupsicles scheduling at 720-979-9760.

    CANCELLATION AGREEMENT: 

    Walks and Visits: If you cancel your scheduled walk or visit before NOON the previous day, you will not be charged for the session. You must use software to communicate your cancellation request unless it is day of must text. Cancellations requested after noon but still on the previous day will be charged 50%. Cancellations requested day of service will be charged 100%. If you forget to cancel and are at home when your Care Provider arrives at his/her scheduled time, you will still be charged 100% for the visit.

    Overnight Adventures /Pet Boarding: Due to the high demand of our overnight adventures/pet boarding services, plus the inherent limited availability of this valuable service, we require five days notice before canceling an overnight stay or pet boarding visit in order to avoid being charged. Cancellations requested less than five days in advance will result in being charged 50% of the total trip booked. Overnight adventures/pet boarding cancellations requested the day the service was scheduled to begin will be charged in full.

    HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICY

    Walks and Visits: Cancellations applying to walks or visits during the holidays require two days notice. If you cancel your scheduled walk or visit before NOON two days prior to your scheduled holiday visit, you will not be charged for the session. You must use software to communicate your cancellation request unless it is day of must text. Holiday cancellations requested less than two days in advance but before the scheduled date of service will be charged 50%. Holiday cancellations requested day of service will be charged 100%. If you forget to cancel and are at home when your Care Provider arrives at his/her scheduled time, you will still be charged 100% for the visit.

    Overnight Adventures /Pet Boarding Adventures: Cancellations of overnight adventures/pet boarding services during the holidays requires at least ten days notice, in order to avoid being charged. Holiday overnight adventures/pet boarding cancellations requested less than ten days in advance will result in being charged 50% of the total trip. Holiday overnight adventures/pet boarding cancellations requested the day the service was scheduled to begin will be charged in full.
