Pupsicles Dog Care Cancellation Policy

Walks and Visits
If you cancel your scheduled walk or visit before NOON the previous day, you will not be charged for the session. You must call, text, or e-mail your cancellation request. Cancellations requested after noon but still on the previous day will be charged 50%. Cancellations requested day of service will be charged 100%. If you forget to cancel and are at home when your dog walker arrives at his/her scheduled time, you will still be charged 100% for the visit.

Overnight Adventures
Due to the high demand of our overnight adventures and the inherent limited availability of this valuable service, we require five days notice before cancelling an overnight stay, in order to avoid being charged. Cancellations requested less than five days in advance will result in being charged 50%. Overnight adventure cancellations requested the day the service was scheduled to begin will be charged in full.

Holiday Cancellation Policies

Cancellations applying to walks or visits during the holidays require two days notice. If you cancel your scheduled walk or visit before NOON two days prior to your scheduled holiday visit, you will not be charged for the session. You must call, text, or e-mail your cancellation request. Holiday cancellations requested less than two days in advance but before the scheduled date of service will be charged 50%. Holiday cancellations requested day of service will be charged 100%. Overnight Adventures
Cancellations of overnight adventures during the holidays require ten days notice, in order to avoid being charged. Holiday overnight adventure cancellations requested less than ten days in advance will result in being charged 50%.
